We will explore what we mean by ‘Identity”. Who are we without the labels?

“What if we are not our identity! What then becomes possible?”

We are still asked in the Western world, very often, when we meet someone for the first time…the first question is “What do you do?” and from that vantage – we are all invested in that answer.

Are we our gender; our profession; our culture…are we classified by our age….?

We might be embarrassed or proud of the answers. Either way – we are attached to holding the identity that gives us external validation of our worth.

So, if that identity disappears – there is a loss, suffering, sadness, and even depression that in its extreme could lead to suicide.

In this workshop, we will explore the question… Is it possible to detach from our identity and lead from the heart? I will take you through the journey of separating from the identity that we have created to find greater peace, harmony & contentment in our life.
