Since 2013 Pamela have been specialising in weight loss using intermittent fasting and hypnosis with great success. In 2020 during the lockdown period she put 4 main programs online to make them more accessible to people.

Characters and Subpersonalities are also another favourite passion from when she started studying it almost 40 years ago. It helped her to understand and work through her childhood trauma.
